The St. Baldrick's Foundation is a charity that raises funds for childhood cancer research through their signature head-shaving events.

Because kids with cancer often lose their hair during treatment, "shavees" for the St. Baldrick's Foundation show their support by shaving their heads voluntarily, and inspiring friends and family to donate funds.

The St. Baldrick's website has a lot of great information about the work they're doing to make research happen for kids with cancer.
